4. Plug-ins and Tools

Google Maps
This page uses Google Maps’ map service via an API. Its provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. This data transmission is beyond the control of this website’s provider. We use Google Maps to present our online offers in an attractive way and for an easy finding of the sites indicated on our website. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further information on the use of user data can be found in Google’s privacy statement:  https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Privacy Policy on the Application and Use of Google Analytics (with Anonymisation Feature)

The data processor has integrated the component Google Analytics (with anonymisation feature) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analytics means the collection, compilation and evaluation of data on the navigation of visitors on web pages. A web analytics service inter alia collects data about from which website a person concerned accessed a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for which dwell time a subpage was viewed. A web analysis is mainly used to optimise a website and for a cost-benefit analysis of internet advertising.

The operating company of the Google-Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The data processor uses the extension "_gat._anonymizeIp" for web analysis via Google Analytics. With this extension, Google truncates and anonymises the IP address of the concerned person’s internet connection, if the access on our website is made from within a member state of the European Union or another contracting member state of the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyse visitor flows on our website. Google uses the acquired data and information inter alia to evaluate the usage of our website, in order to produce online reports about activities on our website and to provide further services related to the usage of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. The definition of cookies is explained above. By placing the cookie, we enable Google to analyse the usage of our website. Upon each visit to a single page of this website operated by the data controller and on which a Google Analytics component is integrated, the respective Google Analytics component causes the website browser on the concerned person’s information technology system to transfer data for online analysis to Google. As part of this technical process, Google receives information about personal data, such as IP address of the person concerned, serving Google inter alia to track the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently allow commission settlements.

Personal information, e. g. access time, location from which an access was made and the frequency of visits on our website by the person concerned, are stored by means of the cookie. With each visit to our website, these personal data including the IP address of the concerned person’s internet connection are transferred to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may possibly share these data collected through the technology system with third parties.

As shown above, the concerned person may prevent the placing of cookies by our website at any time with the help of a corresponding setting in the used internet browser and may hereby permanently object to the placing of cookies. Such a setting in the used internet browser would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the concerned person’s information technology system. Furthermore, a cookie already placed by Google Analytics may be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programmes.

Moreover, the person concerned has the possibility to object to a collection of data created by Google Analytics and relating to the use of this website, and may as well object to the processing of these data by Google and prevent their processing. For this purpose, the person concerned shall download and install a browser-add-on at the link  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout This browser-add-on informs Google via JavaScript that no data and information on the visits of websites may be transferred to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser-add-on is interpreted by Google as a contradiction. If the information technology system of the person concerned will be deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later point of time, a fresh installation of the browser-add-on must be done by the person concerned in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser-add-on is deinstalled or deactivated by the person concerned or another authorised person, a fresh installation or renewed activation of the browser-add-on is possible.

Further information and Google’s current privacy policy are available under  https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and under http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html abgerufen werden. Google Analytics is described in detail under  https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/ .

5. Information on Sustainability Risks with regard to Financial Products

What are Sustainability Risks?

Sustainability Risks (ESG risks) are referred to as events or conditions in the three sectors of Environment, Social and Governance, the occurrence of which may have negative impacts on the value of an investment or deposit. These risks may apply to individual companies as well as to entire industries or regions..

What are examples of Sustainability Risks in the three sectors?

  • Environment: As a result of climate change, an increased number of extreme weather events might pose a risk. This risk is also referred to as physical risk. One such example would be a period of extreme drought in a certain region. As a consequence, water gauges of transport routes might fall to such an extent that the transport of goods would be affected.
  • Social: In the Social sector risks might arise for example from non-compliance with labour law standards or health protection.
  • Governance: Examples for risks in the Governance sector include the non-compliance with tax honesty and corruption in business.

Information on the Integration of Sustainability Risks into Advice (Art. 3 TVO)

In order to integrate sustainability risks into advice, information provided within the selection of providers (financial market participants) and their financial products will be considered.

Providers that do not have a recognisable strategy for the integration of sustainability risks in their investment decisions may not be offered.

Where appropriate, we inform you separately in the course of an advice, if taking into account of sustainability risks when making investment decisions may have recognisable advantages or disadvantages for the customer.

With the help of its pre-contractual information, the respective provider informs about its taking into account of sustainability risks when making investment decisions. The customer may raise issues in the run-up to a possible conclusion.

In the course of an advice, the most important adverse effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors by providers are only considered to a limited extent. If applicable, their taking into account is done on the basis of the provider’s given information about their sustainability and the sustainability of the respective financial product.

Given the currently limited information by providers, these aspects are presently not considered in our advice. They may be considered at the customer’s special request on the basis of the currently available data. With a future broader availability on the market, a standard taking into account of these aspects will be done.

Remuneration for the brokerage of financial products is basically not affected by sustainability risks. It may occur that providers pay a higher remuneration for the taking into account of sustainability risks with investments. If this is not contrary to the customer’s interest, the higher remuneration will be accepted.
